Figures, or figurines, by Royal Doulton fill a very special place in the minds of todays collectors. The HN series (named after Harry Nixon the senior painter at the time) first started in 1913 and have been in continuous production ever since.

The Best of the Classics is a celebration of the very finest Pretty Ladies ever produced by Royal Doulton. Offered is Gail, designed by Peter Gee and launched in 1986. She is wearing a long flowing red skirt topped with Russian style jacket edged in fur with a matching hat. She is approximately 7.5” high and is brand new coming complete with her original box and Certificate of Authenticity.
